Session Review: BP104

QuickImage Category LS 2005

I just finished attending Christopher Byrne's session BP104: Leveraging the LotusScript NotesLog Class to Build a Proactive Bug Tracking System. Mind you, this was an 8:30 AM session, and it was packed! In fact, they ended up having to open an overflow room (giant screen tv) in order to handle the crowd. Chris did an excellent job presenting this.

Chris Byrne pulls not punchesGranted, he was a bit nervous, but who wouldn't be with such a big crowd? Anyway, the best part (IMNSHO) of his presentation wasn't the technical "how to" stuff, but instead his in-depth coverage of the reasons why a solid, planned, tracking system is an absolute must in any organization. Kudos also to Chris for giving credit to Julian Robichaux, creator of the OpenLog project over at OpenNTF.
